DescriptionI have many fond memories of Bright from his GL days, and when the opportunity came up to commission him, I jumped! he did a stellar job creating not just a Batman gargoyle but an entire scene. A new favorite! Thanks to Joe Hollon!!!Social/Sharing |

It looks like Mark really took his time with this one, and I really like the cape. Congrats on this working out so well!

He truly went all out for you, Ari. What a brilliantly realized conceptual execution. Mark's a master of perspective and gives this rendition of Gotham a clear, strong pulse, which only heightens the dramatic effect of Batman in motion. Great piece, sir.

What a great piece by Doc. It almost demands to be colored as well. The couple times I met him, Mark was a really nice guy.

Just an incredible piece-i love seeing Gotham depicted as amahor modern city with skyscrapers. The perspective here- both on the city but also on Batman, the batarag....it's incredible! Also, a great use of the art-deco gargoyle from the Chrysler building#
