Description

I've been a fan of Jason Fabok since he broke out in the industry. Getting art from him is a challenge since he's all digital now and doesn't sketch at shows. At the 2022 Fan Expo Canada, I took on that challenge. He had a small number of pre-done sketches. I didn't bother to check at his table on the first day since I figured they would all be gone already. On the 2nd day, I heard he still had some left. I was the first in line for his afternoon signing. He had 4 left including a huge and gorgeous Batman, his signature character. But the Cap was calling to me. You don't get a lot of opportunities to get a Marvel character from Jason. So I jumped on it. I got to chat with him a bit. He says this might be the 2nd Cap he has ever drawn and shared his love for classic superheroes look. Challenge completed!!!

A really cool piece as he doesn't skimp on the chain mail detail and the bold facial expression!

Yup. Those are the reasons that won me over the Batman piece. I have no regrets

Would have also taken this piece in a heartbeat as I've long been curious to see his take on Captain America which I've never seen before! Congrats! Thanks for sharing, too!
