Description

This was the second idea I had pitched to Nate and lucky for me, he had the time to do both. The choice of which version of Bond was left completely up to him and Connery was a natural. He quickly sent me two layouts for the piece which you can see below. The first was a classic take on the James Bond intro which we now refer to as the before shot. The second was this, which Nate said was the natural conclusion to a James Bond/Black Widow pairing, which we now refer to as the after shot. The small details are great as well, Bond's signature Vodka Martini glass, "shaken not stirred," sitting on the night stand and his Walther PPK, there on the floor next to the "Widow's Bite" gauntlets. Both look satisfied with the partnership!

The alternate layout is a classic, but this is way funnier. Great commission!

This is a fantastic idea! Funny, sexy and I thought a Playboy cartoon at first before opening the pic to view larger.
