I think this is one of his most underrated books. Joe Rubinstein really stayed true to Todd's style on inks and as a result Invasion was one of the first times the Mcfarlane style really came through in the finished art. Invasion really played to Mcfarlane's strength as a cartoonist. Congrats on the great page.

I really admire your range as an inker and appreciated what you did here with Todd. I know his work was very polarizing but it really struck a chord with me at that time. When i hit the back issue bin in search for his earlier work I was very frustrated with how his collaborators seemed to be imposing their styles, which conflicted with his.You really captured his look and added a great "wet' feel to the pages. Great stuff!
