Description

I got this from Tom a few years back. If you look closely, you'll see that there is an acetate overlay of Silvestri's inks over the painted board below. In the good old days, there were still colorists that colored by hand and a copy of the line art was laid over the top to be photographed for the image reproduction. Lift that overlay, or remove it, and you have hand-painted (acrylic?) colors underneath. It's really cool in person to see. From the 1993 Marvel Swimsuit issue... Silvestri has signed the overlay in the lower right in silver pen. Hey, if anyone knows the whereabouts of the original line art, let me know!!
