As an artist/illustrator/painter myself, coming up with even one unique Robin pose that hasn't already been done over the past 80 years is an enormous challenge. We have some advantage with having access to very articulated plastic models that can be suspended, posed, and photographed from interesting angles. We can also play with lighting to enhance the dramatic effect. Boris, Julie, Ross, et.al. used live models to great effect, but we can take a cheaper route that's just as effective. James Gurney would actually sculpt his cities and dinosaurs, play with the lighting, and photograph them. And of course there are programs and websites like Figurosity that try to do the same thing as Gurney did only on a computer screen. The key is to try to find the interesting pose and light it in an interesting manner. Very tough. But I enjoy your many efforts. Keep going !!
