"Look out! He's behind you!"

Grobbendonk, Purity Brown, and Nemesis are caught off guard by the sudden appearance of Torquemada in his phantom form.

So pleased to have received this commission from 2000ad legend Jesus Redondo.
Jesus first appeared in the Galaxy's Greatest Comic back during its first year of publication, in 1977, and remained a regular contributor throughout the rest of the 70's and up to the mid-80's. Drawing many strips - most notably Return to Armageddon, Nemesis the Warlock, and many one-off Tharg's Future Shocks with esteemed writer Alan Moore.

Recently he has returned to the House of Tharg, and has proven that his artistic skills are still second to none. Not bad for someone who is 80+ years young!

(And Jesus was also kind enough to include a lovely A4 sized 'sketch' of Purity Brown, which can be seen in the 'additional images' section along with the 2 prelims he sent me. As you can see from the prelims I ended up choosing the character poses from one, and the background from the other.)
