Dredd takes time out to attend to family matters, and pays a call on his niece, Vienna.
A rare event under any circumstance, but a nice little moment amongst all the madness.
And I always loved the top right panel on the first page; Taking on Dredd, the gang of Juves are doomed from the start. And even if they could, somehow, get the better of Dredd, one of them has just sneezed...

Edmund Bagwell only drew six pages for the Day of Chaos tale, and he is also usually all-digital in regards to his art - fortunately he hand drew these.
So for those reasons I've broken my 'one-page-per-episode' rule for this particular helping of the DoC tale, and have gone for two consecutive pages.

(Many thanks goes to fellow DoC aficionado Simeon Brewer, who tracked down these pages.)

UPDATE: It was a real shock to hear that Edmund had passed away due to Pancreatic cancer in May of 2017. These are pages that I treasured, and now, doubly so. A superb artist, who will be missed.

RIP, Edmund Bagwell.
