Description

This cover is huge! It measures in at 18 x 23.5 inches. The exaggerated perspective makes the cover even look larger.

All of the Pander Brothers covers to Grendel are spectacular and this is a knock out. The transformation of the destroyed blinds that make a menacing snarl and the ceiling lights that create the nostrils of a menacing face with the exaggerated perspective make for one great cover.

There is even a little flare of Miami Vice with this cover that make it even more 1980's! The man in the background does his best Sonny Crockett as he poses with his rolled up jacket, shoulder pads and hand tucked in the pocket to emphasize accessories.

AMAZING ILLUSTRATION!!! Some of my fondest 80's memories were of Grendel. This art is an ELEVEN on a scale of one to ten!!!!!!!! Someday I hope to own a page of ny own from this series.

Fantastic! The Pander Bros run on Grendel was one of the first comics I read when I got back into comics in the 1980s and I have very fond memories of it. I have always wanted a page from this series. This is top notch!
