Description

-Supergirl by Steve Rude 😍
-Pre convention commission for the Fan Expo Dallas, 2019
-11x15 on handcut watercolor paper
-Watercolor and pan pastels (incredibly above and beyond the "copic marker full body color" I was supposed to be receiving)
-I requested a smiling Supergirl, looking up, happy with wavy flowy hair a la a Marilyn Monroe/Norma Jeane picture I love

I have wanted to own a piece of Steve's gorgeous art for quite a few years now, so when I heard he was coming to Dallas I jumped at the chance to get on his commission list. Steve and his wife are incredibly kind and easy to work with!

Steve said he doesn't get many women who commission art,😂 and a girlfriend of mine, who was also picking up at the show, received a stunning piece from him with even more detail for the same price, too. 😊

I am head over heels for this piece I never believed I could have owned....all because Steve got a wild hair and wanted to play around with watercolors and pan pastels instead of doing the "pre convention, less detailed copic marker sketch".💕
