Description

The first piece of original comic art I ever purchased. I bought it in 1980 or so, for $35. I think DeZuniga is perfect for Buscema's Conan work, especially the black and white stuff. This stuff has such grit... such violence to it. There is character in every line.

Congrats Ande, this is a page from one of my fave Conan stories by the incredible team of John Buscema and Tony DeZuniga! By coincidence, I just bought the epilogue page from this story from eBay a few days ago!

Tony could easily overwhelm a penciller, but Big John is too powerful.
