DescriptionLots to love about this fun Deadpool cover by the super talented team of Paco Diaz and John Livesay.First you get Thor atop a rocky perch formed by the letters of his name, with hammer held high (note in the colorized cover that his head and hammer-wielding arm form the "L" of "DEADPOOL"). Then you get a series of images of Deadpool, starting small in the background and ending up very large in the foreground, occasionally getting zapped by Thor's lightning as he apparently flees the wrath of the Thunder God. That very small image of him being zapped in the background is my favorite, but the other ones crack me up too. You also get art that covers the entire board, which always makes me happy. The overall composition created by Paco Diaz is very dynamic. And finally, you get some more marvelous inks by Mr. John Livesay! (I posted another Deadpool cover of his two nights ago). Yup, lots to love. Thanks for looking! Social/Sharing |

Only on a Deadpool cover could Thor be standing on his own logo. Ostentatious much? LOL

That's very cool you have both of mine of from DP.
The other covers I did for Deadpool were over Walter McDaniel, covers #17-25.

Wow, such a dynamic and exciting cover! I have to confess though, I love the Thor logo the best! Incredibly intricate design and must've been a bitch to ink. Right, John? 😁

A fun cover indeed. Well I like pretty much any co ee with thor on it.. actually was happy to read the description because I had no idea what was happening but you explained it perfectly. I wasnt sure if it was deadpool clones ( multiple) deadpool or multi poses of him and some skeleton dudes chasing him. But now I know. Thanks to you. Congrats on a fun score.

KRACKA-THOOM! A little onomatopoeia felt in order. Those electrified Deadpools are hilarious! ZZZZAP! Thor the bug zapper! I love the stone name-dias for Thor. Diaz and Livesay killed this cover dead (please excuse the pun). And the visual humor is very on-point. Big congrats!

There's definitely lots to look at with this one! Just screams 90's too with the Thor/DP character pairing, all the detail, and so much packed into the board - very cool! Gotta love how the "THOR" title lettering is incorporated into the image and those alternating shots of Wade/X-ray Wade are GREAT. Congrats, Paul!

Unfortunately spontaneous combustion is a side effect of to much gravy and meatballs.
