Description

Blood Claw by Derec Donovan

Blood Claw was a short-lived member of the Legion of Super-Heroes in more ways than one. In the story that introduced him, Blood Claw was part of a small squad forced upon the Legion by the Khunds. Blood Claw epitomized 90's design elements, with his huge muscles, bad attitude, sharp claws and many pouches. He was extremely dangerous and not at all bright. Blood Claw chose to attack a character who had magnetic powers with his metal claws and well, it did not go well for Blood Claw. R.I.P. Blood Claw. I honestly think Blood Claw has never looked better or more ferocious than he does right here, as drawn by Derec Donovan. This is a character who you would never want to screw with, EVER. Well, unless you had magnetic powers. Thanks again for the awesome drawing, Derec!

Ferocious is right! Wow! That is a character that I'd avoid at all costs. Derec elevated the source material with this addition.
