The hourglass adds the element of time and desperation as shown in the Legion's faces. This device has the audience wanting to get this issue just to find out what happens next because the way the Legion are drawn does make you care what happens to them.

It is so lovely to see this up on CAF after all this time. I remember the amazing work that Tom McCraw did with theeye catching colors. You folks were on fire with these dramatic images
