Description

This is a page from one of my favorite Cardy issues.

A trenchcoated Aqualad hunts the city looking for the Wonder Girl. He stops by the apartment she shares with Sharon Tracy.

The first panel is a masterpiece, Nick uses a dry brush with a flattened tip to get those textured parallel strokes on the steps. Along with the stark silhouettes, there's a hint of a building in the background.

Aqualad was created by Robert Bernstein and Ramona Fradon.
