Description

Unpublished art, as the telling of Cannonball's arrival at Xavier's toward the end was redone before going to print. In this version, Wolfsbane answers the door and Sunspot charges Cannonball angrily before Professor Xavier "zaps" him to get him to stop. Xavier says Cannonball is all right, Sunspot questions it, Cannonball says he'll leave and Wolfsbane asks him to stay (as detailed in the notes on the page). Purchased from Bob McLeod in 2002. I'm excited to own this early piece of New Mutants history, which was done in 1982.

I'm rereading this now. Great story. I love McLeod's work on this book. Really nice.
