Description

Purchasing this DD page was a no-brainer... my favorite kind of brainer.
It's a large art 1966 Colan/Giacoia panel page (because a "half-splash" is NOT A THING) featuring DD in action, and flying a jetplane unburdened by the twin impediments of vision and piloting skills. More importantly, I also have the original bottom tier, which was excised by Stan Lee in order to get to the part a little sooner where DD commandeers and flies a jetplane unburdened by the twin impediments of vision and piloting skills.

This page is worth having just for the 'pussycat' dialogue. The cool hidden layer/airplane is a great bonus! Congrats on a very nice score.

Suspension of disbelief is pretty impossible here. Think the writer forgot he could not see. Still fun.

I forgot to say the editorial explanation of how Daredevil can fly is beyond pitiable. The art saves it. At least its nice to look at.
