9 Ways to Tell if You’re His Substitute Colan/Everett 2D Crush: Sharon Carter Edition

1. He collects pages with you on them... when he can't find pages with the Black Widow on them.

2. He checks in on you more in his CAF gallery online than in person in his flat files.

3. You’re his platonic plus one at weddings and work parties.

4. He lacks interest in your love life with Steve Rogers.

5. People are always asking if you’re his collecting focus… and you have no idea what to say.

6. He jokes about trading pages with you on them for pages with Natasha on them, and not in a good way. Yet, five minutes later he’ll buy another page with you on it.

7. He draws unfavorable comparisons to you of other comic book heroines, but not Natasha. Never Natasha.

8. He enters mediocre Heck/Everett Black Widow pages in his annual "Best of" Lowry gallery, skipping over outstanding Colan/Everett pages with you on them.

9. You joke that if you’re both not married by a certain age, you’ll succumb to a subconscious command from Doctor Faustus to shoot and kill Captain America.
