The birth of cool with the Bebop era opening the jazz artform to even more improvisation and dense sounds!

That is one great page! The history - the music - the art - the implement of color - Miles Davis. It's great the way the page opens with a scene setting first panel, that then leads into the front door, that leads to the interior, to leads to the drummer dropping science onstage, that leads to Miles' amazement. A masterfully constructed page.
Dave seems to be a slept-on talent but I'm thrilled to see some love for his work here on CAF.
I bought three pages from Chisholm at HeroesCon2025. Hopefully, I'll get to post them soon. I'm a huge Jazz fan, so getting art from Chisholm was on my must-have list.
