i don't know anything about where or when this was published. i just know this is a killer piece that i've had since the early 80's. one of my favorite pulp cover artists from the 30's and 40's.

Might be sports afield or one of the other fake hunting magazine men's adventure titles. Have not see a lot of Belarski art over the years (I own a Cuba nGuerilla women piece) . He worked everywhere fro mthe pulps to paperbacks to the men's advanture mags.
