How and what they have done together has remained a mystery... UNTIL NOW... Dn dn DNNNNN .... I really enjoyed reading the 6-issue Illuminati mini series when it came out over seven years ago. Great concept, great story, great art. A while back, I got outbid on the Illuminati #3 cover in a Heritage auction and always regretted it. Much to my surprise, the #1 cover appeared in a Comiclink auction not too long afterwards, and I was very happy to grab it. Social/Sharing |

Wow! Another great pickup! Great representation of a great storyline and a great cover image! Its funny how things always seem to happen for a reason. Its cool to see that your disappointment turned into your good fortune with this one!

Absolutely BRILLIANT pick up, Paul. I have always loved this piece; superb artistic team on a really fun story (the larger concept of which certainly seems will inform some of the grander plans of the MCU coming up...). Fantastic image of Marvel's OG Illuminati, and is it weird to say I really like the way their -hair- is inked (sorry, Professor...)? Really minor touches, but really great execution. Glorious piece, Paul! Congrats!
