DescriptionIt's been a lot of fun sharing a different Ramos cover from my collection each night this week.I hope you have enjoyed them. For my last post, I have chosen two covers that form a connecting set. These issues came out in 2009. There were a number of variant covers, and these are the ones drawn by the great Humberto Ramos. You get so many characters on these cover images! On the X-Men side you have Cyclops, Storm, Colossus, Pixie, Rockslide and Ice Man. On the Agents of Atlas side there's Gorilla Man, Uranian, Namora, Jimmy Woo and M-11. I decided to post the two covers first as a set, for maximum impact. Over the weekend I will post them separately. Also please see the image I made of the two comic books side by side. That pic shows more clearly how the two covers are meant to connect. Humberto's X-Men doesn't get the same hype as his Spidey work but it's equally AWESOME! I really like his art style at this point in his career. Each era in the evolution of his style shares the same common foundation but with its unique individual flair. Congrats on your outstanding Ramos collection!

Great way to cap Ramos week! An intense battle scene here and I LOVE Ramos’s Storm...no need to ask whey when you look at the example here. Plus I like that tonal work on the robot character - adds a pop! Congrats!
