Description

A great cover by Declan Shalvey, featuring one of my very favorite Marvel villains. So exciting to see Magneto unleashing his staggering powers by hurling all kinds of metal objects at, well, some very unlucky recipient. And ya gotta love the cape!!

The colorist (Jordie Bellaire) used a wonderfully deep & bold red for the published comic, which makes the whole vision even more bad-ass (see additional pic).

Yeah, man, I like the energy and the way your eyes automatically go to the central Mags figure then move out. Cool effect! Some really nice tonal work, too, and you're right about that choice of background red - it pops! Congrats!

Paul, will you stop it already?!! What a great cover, one of my favorites from Declan on Magneto. His sober style is astonishingly full of energy, but what I like most is his acute sense of storytelling. When Declan is inspired, he makes wonders on all the series he's worked on. Huge congrats on that acquisition for your awesome collection, Paul!!!
