DescriptionOne of my all-time favorite Nick Bradshaw covers.Rocket Raccoon has faced down some tough opponents, but Galactus? That's next level. Actually, on this cover & in this story, we get Galactus in his gold garb as 'Lifebringer,' reformed from consuming lives and swearing to atone. But really ... how long will THAT last? Guy's gotta eat, right? Anyway, I just love this image. The contrast between Rocket's size and Galactus's size is really staggering. Thanks for looking! Social/Sharing |

Rocket Raccoon has more guts than Galactus! :) Nice bold cover image by Bradshaw with that ultra zoomed in perspective, menacing Galactus face, and 3rd person pov shot of Rocket...the thumbnail grabbed me in right away and even has a Kirby vibe in the Galactus head! nice pickup Paul

Imagine if Rocket was offered the position of herald of Galactus! Bradshaw frames the face of Galactus on this cover to make him look like a tin can of soup!

I'm thinking this one is over before it even starts. But at least this freeze frame shot makes for a great cover. You gotta hand it to RR though, he's definitely got Galactus size balls.

Bradshaw does a great rocket. I missed a sketch card from him a couple years ago and im still salty.

I hear ya. I'm so salty about everything I've missed out on that AAA uses me to de-ice the roads during the winter months. (Haha I screwed up the joke the first time around...What can I say, it's Monday morning...)

Always been impressed with this one since seeing in another collector bud's gallery in the past! Perfect execution in terms of design and pure illustration from NB in this Marvel version of David vs Goliath. Congrats!
