Description

This page from the Guardians' first appearance, features the origin of Vance Astro. Fun fact -- this page was cut for space in the reprint in Astonishing Tales #29, which is where I first read this story. This was included in later reprints.

Mike Esposito was credited in the comic as Mickey Demeo.
