Wow! I am not familiar with the artist or these sci-fi covers you mentioned in the CAF newsletter interview, but that is one spectacular painting! Love it!

Thanks, Andy. It responds really well to light and has a surprising amount of depth when seen in person. Quintessential Powers with his biomorphic and figurative abstract elements :)

I grew up with all those great covers by Powers, Lehr, Gaughan. This piece is stunning, evokes everything I love about his qrt. Quite envious!
