DescriptionNew arrival from John Watson - and this one might take some explanation...I was a huge fan of DC's Star Hunters back in 1978, but in those days (I wasn't quite a teenager) I had no idea about the DC Implosion, so spent many months searching local newsagents and kiosks looking for the elusive issue #8. After more than 40 years, I've finally come to terms with the fact that it isn't going to appear, so I thought someone should do something about that --- and it looks as though it fell to me, and to artist John Watson, based on the Pat Broderick / Neal Adams cover to "Planet Of Vampires" #1. John worked his usual magic on this one. I did think this would be a one-off, but I've subsequently had the germ of an idea for a possible issue #9 --- watch this space! Social/Sharing |
