DescriptionYou can never have too many Boris Vallejo paintings in your collection, so I decided to add one more! Boris painted this image as the cover art for the BattleTech paperback “D.R.T.” by James D. Long, published by ROC in 1994. The image was also used for the Boris with Julie All-Chromium Collector Card series as image #17, "5000 Volts", published in 1996. (Boris also referred to the work as "Porthole" on his website.) The model for the main figure was Mr. Olympia Ron Coleman. He was a personal trainer at the gym where Boris and Julie would exercise and was he appeared frequently in their work.Oil on artist board 17” x 28” Social/Sharing |

You are right, you can't have too many Boris' in your collection.

Looks magnificent with the apex of human anatomy straining and contracting muscles from the electricity. Well oiled and very Boris!
