I was looking for a piece drawn by Kirby and bent over by Everett for quite some time, below I have copied the summary made by Marvel for this issue, I think this page contains the essence of the whole story, nothing is missing. Hulk in 6 cartoons out of 7, Plus we talk about a "sheet" format that never hurts! 😄

Summary:
Betty Ross was kidnapped by Boomerang by order of the Secret Empire. The terrorist organization wants to use the woman to propose an exchange with General Ross and take possession of an advanced technological weapon, the terrible Orion missile. Hulk, thanks to a mighty jump, reaches Boomerang in flight, who is forced to leave the girl before being able to escape from her fury.
