Description

Super rare and hard to find Umbrella Academy art. This is a 1/2 splash with five team members in the finale book to the Dallas story. Presenting The Seance, The Kraken, Spaceboy The Rumor and Number 5. I especially was looking for a nice page with Spaceboy and 5 and to be able to locate a such a page including the others as well is a real treat.

Gabriel Ba stopped selling his art a few years back so locating this page took a lot of patience but I am very grateful to the prior owner for letting it go. Finding these out in the wild is exceedingly difficult. As always great art by Gabriel Ba from a great story by Gerard Way. Looking forward to see where they take the books over the remaining 5 volumes (there are 8 total volumes planned) and how the Netflix series adapts the story and art. If you haven't checked out the show yet I highly recommend it, but only after reading the comics. Enjoy a great 1/2 splash of our favorite dysfunctional team of super-powered siblings all born on the same day to different mothers.

I thought I'd take a look at the Umbrella Academy original pages posted to CAF given that season three of the Netflix show debuted today, but there is so little on here. Congratulations on landing this absolute treasure!

Thanks Michael, I just saw your comment. Yes these are very rare to come by and I consider myself extremely lucky to have found this one when I did. Gabriel stopped selling his art after a short time so there are very few pages out there.
