Description

Original art measures 11x14 on board. Copic markers, colored pencil, and acrylic paint over ink and pencils. Signed by artist. Dated 2015.

This lovely piece was done as a promo for Richard's new creator-owned HighJump comic. The pencils and inks were done by him and the digital colors by Thomas Boatwright. Richard never intended to color this one himself but I loved the line art and knew that if there were going to be actual colors on it, he'd be the perfect guy to do it. His color sense is impeccable.

I've included WIP pics as well as a high res close up of the main character to show how detailed his work is. It's always amazing. I wanted everyone else to be able to enjoy the tentacle-y goodness as much as I have.
