Description

I had been searching for a Silver or Bronze Age Justice League page for my collection for some time… and in terms of “you know it when you see it” — wow, this hit all the marks! The whole team around a table, Featuring Batman and Superman, and done by two of the preeminent DC artists of the Silver/Bronze Age - Kurt Schaffenberger and Murphy Anderson (in, surprisingly, a very rare collaboration!) that just pops! Oh and a splash page to boot! Very VERY appreciative to the fellow collector who was so generous as to let this one go.

Great collection of heroes !! And an unusually rarel combination of penciller and inker !! We got our money's worth from that Dollar Comic !!

This page is DC Comics all in a nutshell. All the greats, with the greatest of all being accused of some unknown crime that is the most heinous of crimes imaginable, and they are sentencing him to death.
