DescriptionGeorge Tuska Commission - A fantastic commission by legendary artist George Tuska of some of the many Marvel heroes and villains he worked on during the Silver and Bronze age, done in 1999. Considering that George had his first published work back in the 1930's, the fact that he did this in 1999 blows me away! I love this piece and thanks to Larry Clay for being so wonderful to deal with!Social/Sharing |

I agree - Larry's a great guy!
And I'd say this piece was worth it just for the Iron Man and Hawkeye bits alone!

Love those two as well, Kevin! It was those two, Doom and Spidey which really made it a must have for me. But seeing it in person today I'm blown away by how great the whole piece is!

Wow, wow, wow!!!!! That's pretty much all I got. I mean, I could throw in a few more wows, but I think you get the message. Marvel Legends indeed. I think both the art and the artist fit that bill. Wow! (sorry, couldn't help it)

Wow this is indeed legendary. I don't know how this came to be but I love how Tuska didn't draw the characters sharing the same space, but rather drew it like a "jam" piece. I love that he threw in Luke Cage, his co-creation, and that he's staring down Doctor Doom like "B!+€h! I'm still waiting for my money!"
