DescriptionVariant cover to the 7th issue of The Hunger and the Dusk.11 by 17 inch. Pen and ink. I liked the composition of the cover, and how, with few lines, Cliff Chiang can convey such expression. Social/Sharing |

Very sweet bold linework by Chiang. It varies in width throughout as the face is key to convey her sense of confidence!

Gorgeous cover for the Hunger and the Dusk by Cliff Chiang. Cliff has an uncanny ability to tell a lot with very few lines. It's a unique talent, but Cliff is very skilled in it. In just a few carefully laid lines, he can convey whether a character is happy or sad or nervous or confident. This cover is a classic example of his enormous talent. Great pick up congrats!
