Wow! Wow! Wow! I remember reading this B&W magazine when it first came out! I didn't know who Mike Ploog was then, I didn't know a lot of things, but I knew what I liked. And this was what I liked. Even now, I can see the reasons this excited me--The danger, the action, the crazy storyline. it was pure heaven for me. Ploog's art has only gotten better to my eye. His ability to stage every scene and keep the action moving from panel to panel is still extraordinary. What a great find! Congrats on a fabulous pick-up! Thank you so much for your comments Bill. I also bought this issue when it came out and read it repeatedly, and the others that followed. I could not believe the amazing and incredible art! |
