Eagle Volume 17 Issue 22 Page 1 cover

Some really great observations by Eagle during Volume 17, focused on WW2.

Another example of where the actual artwork is such a class above what you see on the comic page.
You never see much about barrage balloons in any movies or documentaries, but they look like a very effective defence.

Attributed to Ian Kennedy, but open to correction. Some doubt exists. This is who Illustration Art Gallery believed was the artist.

Also appeared in Valiant Annual 1979, page 75 under Weapons of War
