Description

(Duck Soup Studio) Sonny the Cuckoo Bird has been pitching for Cocoa Puffs since 1962. In this 3-cel setup (with matching hand-painted background), Sonny left the animated world and entered "the real world" to show kids the delicious taste of Cocoa puffs

Most of the commercial took place over filmed footage of children (including a very young Joseph Gordon-Levitt) but this colorful background is from the beginning of the commercial in the "animated world".
