Description

After inking for afew years-(the Kents, JLA:Year One, the JSA),..I got tired of people thinking that was all I did..so I started to do covers and pinups-(Secret Files pieces), to dust off the old skills.The Hawkgirl piece was one of these and this cover ...which I think is one of the better covers I've ever done...the day job of inking wasn't going to keep me from pencilling & inking my own stuff--but doing full stories and books was out of the question while inking.--(This cover was loosely based on a Golden-Age JSA cover-( All Star Comics # 12 )--the art is a BIG 16x22.----(BTW at one point I had traded this cover away and it took awhile to get it back...I must have been crazy-!!!)
