Looking back on it, I pretty much hate the movie and I usually try not to think about this Hollywood era of Batman. However, I remember enjoying this when it came out and looking back on the artwork from this special, the art itself is actually quite good. This page is a good example of how talented the artists were and how good a page can be despite the crappy movie they were adapting.

The movie has it's high and low points for me but it was such a departure from Burton. It was definitely "Hollywood Batman" versus the darker, more accurate version of the character. The detail work on some of these pages is pretty incredible for a one-off book.

Agreed. I hope my first comment didn't sound like a slam instead of a compliment because I actually quite like the art from this book. The details really are great. Although the one-shot isn't really sought out or remembered much, the art still holds up and is impressive to look at in your original pages.
