Description

In our last episode, The Thin Man rescued the Red Raven, then our two heroes joined forces to take down his Nazi captors! But as they briefly celebrate their victory, a potential new teammate bursts on the scene: the fastest man alive -- The Whizzer!

As the Red Raven/Thin Man segment concludes, we return to the broadcast studio where Bucky and the Patriot study the file of Timely's preeminent speedster. His origin is recapped here and features the incredible pencils of Trevor Von Eeden! Trevor -- whose credits include such titles as Black Lightning, Green Arrow, Thriller, and Power Man and Iron Fist, clearly knocked this one out of the ballpark! Trevor is an incomparable talent and was such a pleasure to deal with that I had him come back later to draw the Blue Diamond sequence and the concluding sequence where the team comes together. If you don't have one already, you owe it to yourself to get a commission from Trevor!
