DescriptionAn interesting bit of Silver Surfer Black ephemera created by Tradd Moore for the 2019 Heroes Con art auction. At that time, SSB #1 had just hit comic shops, so most people, myself included, had little idea of what a phenomenon the series would eventually turn out to be.If I recall correctly, Felix had not yet dropped any of the art from the series, so this was one of the first pieces (if not the first piece) of SSB-related art by Tradd available for sale to the public. 9x12 inches. Great piece and interesting provenance! Looks like cells seen through a microscope. Very cool!

Wow! That is something special! Such an elegant drawing with beautiful linework. What else would anyone expect from Moore? Thank you for posting! It's nice to see something like this that stands on its own. Congrats!

I was at that convention and had no idea Tradd did this for the auction. Tradd wasn't doing sketches, but it was great getting to chat with him. Sad I missed out, but glad you ended up with it! How competitive was the bidding for this piece?

DM'ed! And I should've said it in my first post - this is an absolutely gorgeous piece. Tradd sure knows how to place each and every line to perfection.

Such an amazing pick up my friend! I remember seeing this after the auction and it's even more powerful after the seeing the SSB arc.

OH HEY I remember this one. You showed it to us at the show and tell with Benno after the auction. So we've totally met before!
