DescriptionThis is a classic original art page from Marvel Comics Presents #89. This is the second-ever published page in the brilliant career of Joe Madureira! Considered one of the biggest name artists of the Modern Era, Joe Mad may not have been widely known when this issue came out, but it's clear he could already draw a great page right from the start! Fitting that he would get to begin with an X-Men villain, the incredibly handsome Mojo! Here is the second page from Joe's first story, with Major Domo, Minor Domo, and the revelation that audiences no longer care about story and plot! The page is on Marvel Comics art board measuring approximately 11 1/8" by 17 1/8", and is signed twice at the bottom edge. It has some minor wear, as you can see a few of the text paste-on pieces are missing, but still displays nicely. This is an exceptional and unbelievably rare piece of Joe Madureira artwork, that would look amazing framed and prominently displayed, and would be a key piece in any collection.Social/Sharing |
