Description

This is the cel and its corresponding drawing from a 1970's Underoos ad. I understand that Underoos are children's underwear and Kara from Krypton is much older than their demographic. The cel and the drawing were acquired years apart and the cel came with another drawing from the same ad is posted below as Supergirl's Underwear Buddy. She's presumably saying something like, "You can feel like a Supergirl if you wear her Underoos. Truth be told, she also looks really too old for Underoos. That picture appears below and is part of the deal if you buy this.

It's likely that this is the only time this version of Supergirl's costume was ever animated.
