Description

The cover of the Norse Mythology art book is composed of many elements and subjects to depict the mood of the book.

In the centar frame Thunder God Thor is standing on the helmet of the killed Hrimthurse (Frost giant), holding his magical hammer Mj�llnir.

In the second frame we see Hugin and Munin - Odin's two ravens, in the background Yggdrasil the Cosmic Tree is raising above the icy mountains. We see Fenrir the giant wolf, and viking boat Drakkar on the sea. In the foreground a viking helmet is set. And of course, viking helmets don't have horns... .

Everything is enriched with norse knotwork, to glorify Viking's lore.
