DescriptionWhile I loved the movies - I have never owned any Conan comics. I picked this up strictly for the love of the art. A really masterful illustration by one of my favorite modern artists.As with most of Frank's art. This is on an oversized board and really fun up close! Social/Sharing |

Nice Duke! The detailing of the flag is awesome! Most of it is covered up in the published book.

It's very rare that I care to see anyone other than Buscema drawing Conan, and this is one of those times. Really nice!

I agree. I really felt that Frank was trying to do a buscema style Conan here. That was part of the appeal.

This rocks, man. Definitely worthy of a cover image. Got a great shot of Conan, a big cat, and gotta have a pretty girl, right?! This one's got it all, as they say. And all of the hatching on the flag's really a nice capper. Congrats!

Holy Smokes! I've never seen this image. Incredible detail! Unlike you I own all the comics, so I just love the content. A big cat too?!? You're killing me. Beyond cool. Hats way off.

The crosshatching on the pirate flag is phenomenal. A pity that on the book, it gets covered up by Conan title.
