Description

Caroll Spinney is a puppeteer and artist who has performed and voiced both Big Bird and Oscar since they were created in 1969. Winner of multiple Emmys and other awards, Spinney's characters are some of the most loved and recognized characters in the entire world.

As an artist, Spinney has written and illustrated books (including "How to be a Grouch"), a comic strip, and is an avid painter.

I commissioned this drawing of his two most famous characters from him directly as I've been such a fan of his work, the Muppets, and Sesame Street, for my entire life.
