Absolutely gorgeous Grell work here. Loved this book. I remember they sold Sable merch you could order from the comics. I ordered a cap and a shirt. Wore that darn cap until it was literally falling apart. Mike is still one of my all time favorite writer-artists.

You don't need to quote Burkey, this isn't a Romita Spider-man piece. This is a one and done Jon Sable piece. Unless you get a cover, there can be no better interior example of Grell's work on the title. No harpies and Hulk Cologne, Hulk Cologne!
