This was one of the plates from the First Fifth Portfolio. Don't think there was ever a 2nd Fifth portfolio but it is one of my single favourite Cerebus images and I prefer it to most of the covers.

That nice Gerhard background really frames it up nicely! One of the plates I remember most fondly as well.

Great scene. Love the way each character is doing their own thing. A great companion piece to the Mage shirt art (in the way it represents that 80s indy vibe).
