DescriptionNinjak vol. 3 # 17 2016 The Seige Of Kings Castle Cover AInks and copics over penicl on thick stock Image comic paper Pencils, Inks and Copics Lewis Larosa (Signed lower left) Writer: Matt Kindt (Signed lower left) This image was also used for the Ninjak Trade paper Back #4 The last stand of Colin King! Roku has completed her mission. She has destroyed, discredited, and defeated the MI-6 operative known as Ninjak. But she didn’t account for one crucial component... the man behind the mask and gadgets, Colin King! With everything on the line, and nothing left to lose, Valiant’s death-defying super-spy strikes back at his sworn enemy to take back the life he once knew! But even if his body can survives the suicidal confrontation, can his mind withstand the untold torment Roku has prepared? The latest chapter in Ninjak comes to a thrilling conclusion in this issue. First and foremost, the true identity of Rokurokubi, the enigmatic femme fatale who has plagued Ninjak’s life from way back in issue #1, is finally revealed: Angelina. Better known as Colin’s first handler at MI6, his eventual lover, and Neville Alcott’s wife, Angelina’s story was only revealed in the Lost Files backup stories following the first five issues. Out apparently for revenge, Angelina orchestrated everything to destroy Colin’s life, to extract vengeance for what happened to her. She destroyed his current life by locking him out of MI6, freezing his accounts and bombing his home. She destroyed his past by ultimately killing Alain, his butler (and biological father) and parents. Finally, she wanted to destroy his future, by sacrificing herself to kill him. Of course, it didn’t work out that way. Colin survives and starts to rebuild his life, connecting with Amanda McKee (A.K.A. Livewire) after it all; Roku mysteriously survives and hunts down the tree in which the necromancer, and origin of the magic spikes in the Shadow Seven’s necks, Master Darque is imprisoned. “The Lost Files” reveal Colin’s parents’ final mission before they abandoned him and their country and fled to Venezuela, where they remained until Roku tracked them down and murdered them.
