DescriptionI was collecting Byrne's great FF run monthly when I was in school and loved it. I believe his aim was to return the FF to the days of Kirby/Lee greatness and it certianly felt like that to me.He did a lot of great stories in that run but it was hard to top my old fave, Victor Von Doom. For my money, nobody drew Doom as well as John did during this era.

A timeless classic. A marvel from when Byrne was the best artist in the world.

Pretty awesome with Doctor Doom winning at every turn and leaving each FF member defeated with questions and self doubt. Byrne upholding the "World's Greatest Comic Magazine!" for the Fantastic Four!

Awesome page! Four panels, four heros (though a tough look for our guy Johnny), four Dooms.
Panel three is classic, beckons back to the glory days of Kirby.

Stunning example of art from Byrne's run on the FF! The only other creator to do the FF justice after Lee and Kirby! Congrats on a grail level piece.

Doom vs. three of the Fantastic Four. The page is almost perfect :) Congrats on owning such a great example from the run Joseph.
